Food Bank restocked

South Belfast Food Bank took delivery on March 28 of a further delivery of goods from May Street Church. The delivery weighed in at 51.5kg, so many thanks to all those who donated foodstuffs. The latest report from the Food Bank reads:
We are always grateful to receive our main staples of meat, fish, tinned vegetables, cooking oil and Cereal but at the moment we are OUT OF sugar and particularly short of the following:
Plain Rice
Sugar
Rice Pudding
Tinned custard
Tinned fruit
Instant Mash/ tinned potato
Tinned spaghetti
Although these are our main needs we are also short of Baby milk and Size 5-6 nappies and men’s shaving needs.
